1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the "RenTabi" bicycle-rental service provided by 株式会社リミックス.
2. Registration
Register with accurate information and manage your credentials at your own responsibility.
3. Fees & Deposit
A refundable deposit of ¥3,000 is authorized (held) on your credit card when a rental starts. On return, the fee for actual usage time is finalized and settled from the hold; any amount exceeding the deposit is charged additionally.
4. Rental & Return
Rental starts by scanning the bike's QR code. Return completes at a designated station by location verification and re-scanning the QR code. Abandoning a bike outside designated stations is prohibited.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Violations of law, riding under the influence, carrying passengers, subleasing, damaging or tampering with the bike or lock, and any other conduct the operator deems inappropriate.
6. Accidents & Damage
Report accidents to the police and to us immediately. Costs of damage or loss caused intentionally or negligently may be charged to the user.
7. Forced Termination
The operator may forcibly end a rental and apply the deposit in cases of misuse or extended unauthorized use.
8. Disclaimer
We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure or by the user's breach of these terms.
9. Amendments
These terms may be amended; material changes will be announced in the app.
