1. Operator
"RenTabi" (the "Service") is a bicycle-rental service operated by 株式会社リミックス ("we/us").
2. Information We Collect
- Account: name, postal code, address, e-mail address, login ID
- Payment: credit-card data is handled directly by our payment processor (GMO Payment Gateway, Inc.). Our servers never store card numbers — only the card brand and the last few digits.
- Location: collected while using the app to verify rental/return locations and to display the map. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
- Camera: used only to scan QR codes. No images are stored.
- Usage history: rental start/end times, duration, and fees
3. Purpose of Use
Identity verification, rental management, billing, fraud prevention, service improvement, and legal compliance.
4. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law or as needed for payment processing (GMO Payment Gateway, Inc.).
5. Retention & Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Menu → Delete Account in the app; personal data is then erased or anonymized without undue delay.
6. Security
We apply appropriate safeguards including encrypted transport and hashed passwords.
